Our Cleaning Process

The ongoing pandemic brings many challenges to essential businesses. To ensure business continuity, employee health and safety is paramount and must be protected, Camalot decontamination and disinfection of commercial and residential building is achieved through a combination of manual surface cleaning and virucide fogging plus electrostatic fogging. All disinfectants used meet BS EN 1276 non-toxic standards and is guaranteed to kill viruses with a 99.999% effectiveness with little to no chemical smells. All Touchpoints are first virucide fogged with our decontamination disinfectant solution then each touch point is manually deep cleaned by hand and then finally covered with our special decontaminant screen which gives said touchpoint a 30 days protection cover against subsequent contamination.

We regard touch points as high-risk and these areas need and receive a higher level of attention from our team. Here are a few of such areas: door handles, countertops, chairs and sitting, worktops, desk, sinks, kitchens, taps, toilet, lift doors and lift buttons, light switch, handrails, floors, stairs, walls, laptops, keyboards, desk corners, printers and other items of high usage in an office environment. Our team will also work to make sure that all other areas are decontaminated and disinfected with virucide fogging to allow for a greater area of cover in less time with a higher efficiency.

Fogging is a method used to disperse virucides into the air. Similar to a mist, the microscopic droplets containing the virucide cleaning agent reach even the most secluded areas and evenly land on surfaces. Fogging achieves the same level of sterilisation found in hospitals and laboratories (99.9999% reduction). Fogging removes bacteria and viruses on surfaces and hand contact areas. It is safe to use on all materials and all locations within premises including food preparation areas. Other areas where antiviral sanitising can be applied to are: Hospitals, Schools, Universities, Student accommodation Bars and Restaurants, Busses, cars, trains, shops etc.
